Warranty and Guarantees:
Some super high quality Japanese beauty shears in the $1000 + range have special flared type tips and should be sent back to the company for sharpening. If this procedure is not carried out then the Scissor Company will not cover your shears under their warranty. However, I do sharpen high priced Japanese shears and other hollow ground shears with no problem. Many of my customers have told me that their shears stay sharp for up to 3 years with only one sharpening.
Our warranty is limited in case of dispute to a resharpening of any shear, clipper blades or other items sent to us for a sharpening, or your money refunded for the cost of the sharpening. In no case will my liability exceed the amount charged for sharpening. This guarantee is in line with most sharpeners. Our professional service is of such fine quality that this warranty should satisfy your sharpening requirements.
